terms of shipment

In terms of service you can have the highest expectations of us. You can reach us via e-mail (info@vocal-classics.com) or fax (0049 (0)40 81975936) 24 hours a day . We deliver to the US, Canada, Australia and all European territories and charge only low shipping costs : 

• 10 US$ per order for shipments to US, Candian and Australian customers
• 5 € per order for shipments to European customers

Advance payment is not requested ! You will receive an invoice and you can easily arrange your payment after the arrival of the package via www.paypal.com or bank transfer.

The CD(s) you have ordered will be mailed to you within 24 hours. The shipment takes usually 5-8 days to European territories and 8-12 days to the US, Canada or Australia.
